Q: How long do the products last?
A: Glad you asked! It depends on how you use it but, fortunately, there is a way to estimate it.
The serum bottle dispenses about .21 ml per squirt, according to the bottle manufacturer. That means there are a little over 140 squirts. If you use one squirt, twice daily, it will last a little over 2 months.
For the oil, which is in a dropper bottle - there are about .05 ml per drop (according to Google, anyway) which means there are about 600 drops in a bottle. I personally use one drop for daytime and two at night. At that rate, it would last over 6 months!
Basically, if you use the products regularly and aren't extravagant with it, you'll probably purchase a serum about 5-6 times a year, and the oil 2-3 times a year.
Periodically you may need both the Serum and Oil at the same time, so make sure you buy them as a set to save money. They are 15% off when purchased together. ;-)
Q: How do you add drops of oil to your hand that already has serum in it? I only have two hands.
A. I recommend squirting serum in a palm, then holding the bottom of the oil bottle with that hand, (palm still facing up), unscrew the top with the other hand, drop the oil onto the serum, replace the dropper securely, set it down, and blend the serum and oil together in your palm with your fingertip.
I know it's weird to spell all this out, but it can be awkward until you figure it out, and we want it to be easy from day one. Heheheh ;-)
Q: My Rich Facial Oil is cloudy looking. Is there something wrong with it?
A. Nope. That's just one of the ingredients, DPHP. (Dipalmitoyl Hydroxyproline.) It's awesome, but it it's opaque. It also tends to settle, which is why you have to shake the oil before using it. It provides plumping, firming awesomeness that make that shaking worthwhile. :-)
Q: Will there be more products?
A: YES. At this moment, there are no available bottles for our very nice, gentle chamomile facial cleanser. (The global supply has been used for hand sanitizer.) As soon as we can get those again, the cleanser will be available.
Other products that are in the works include a gentle exfoliating glycolic acid toner, a Vitamin C based spot reducer, and a targeted under-eye product. We're still in the testing phase on those. So far, so GREAT.
Q : Do you test the products on animals?
A: Absolutely not. We test them on ourselves, relatives and friends. All voluntary, of course. ;-)
Q: Why is the serum brownish instead of clear?
A: Virtually all the color in the serum comes from the botanical extracts: the green tea, hibiscus, calendula, chamomile, etc.
Q: What kind of payment do you accept?
We accept all major credit and debit cards, PayPal, Venmo, and PayPal Credit.
Q: Are these products good for men, too?
I recommend you NOT ask my husband, because he will talk to you for 15 minutes about it. Enthusiastically.
